Typically if your goal is weight loss I will include more cardiovascular work in your training but if the emphasis is simply to tone then I will include more resistance training, or where appropriate a combination of both. A circuit format mixing weights and CV is a good and effective way to both tone up and raise your heart rate, as well as making the workout fun!

 

Obviously in the gym we can utilise the CV equipment but kettlebells and boxing gloves are a good way to burn fat in a small space if you prefer to workout at home! Typically you need to put in at least two exercise sessions per week to produce results. I can help by either being there for you at each session or leaving you with some exercises you can do alone.

 

I can also advise you on changes to your diet.
