Suspension training is essentially physical training suspended from a rope or strap which has the effect of overcoming gravity.  This significantly challenges the muscles of the body, increasing strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, neuromuscula efficiency and range of motion.
 
The straps can be suspended from a climbing frame or simliar, boxing bag hook or even a suitable tree branch and will provide a fun, if hard, workout.  Expect your abs to hurt!
 
Technique is of paramount importance and training may not be suitable for:
  • Stage 2 and 3 hypertensives
  • Arthritic and osteoporotic clients
  • Pregnant ladies
  • Obese Clients
  • Persons suffering with back issues
