The kettlebell delivers all round fitness; as well as strengthening the body (in particular the stomach), they are good for the heart and regular users maintain a consistently low body fat in just a couple of hours a week. 
Bells can be used within a very small space of course and just one can be sufficient to carry out a variety of exercises.  They are ideal for home exercising.
Kettlebells must be used properly and the key is being able to squat correctly.  Bad technique can result in back and shoulder injuries.  As your personal trainer I will ensure correct use.
